Your iTrent ESS username and password is the same as your college username and password, however iTrent doesn't accept the £ symbol so if you have this within your password you will have to change this to login.
To do this, ON A COLLEGE COMPUTER press CTRL-ALT-DEL and then pick "Change Password" or contact the ICT Helpdesk who can change it for you if needed.
